LEOPARD WE MEET AGAIN! Y'ALL, I REALLY CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THESE GLADIATOR SANDALS! FIRST OFF, HOW CUTE ARE THEY?? FROM THE TWO-TONE LEOPARD PRINT, TO THE SUEDE BOTTOM, AND THE TASSELS ON THE TIES, I'M IN LOVE! (SO MUCH SO, THAT I MIGHTTT HAVE THESE IN THE BLACK AND WHITE VERSION AS WELL) THEY ARE COMFY AND HAVE SOME SUPPORT, FIT TRUE TO SIZE, AND ARE UNDER $30. YOU CAN WEAR THEM WITH ANYTHING FROM YOUR FAVORITE SUMMER DRESS, TO CUTE SHORTS AND A BLOUSE, EVEN WITH SOME DISTRESSED BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A SUPER SOFT TEE, SIMILAR TO HOW I STYLED THEM ABOVE. TO FINISH MY LOOK, I ADDED A FEW SIMPLE BRACELETS AND RING, ALONG WITH A STATEMENT NECKLACE FOR AN EASY POP OF COLOR. SUPER QUICK AND EASY!

I'M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR A GOOD OUTFIT TO THROW ON FOR RUNNING ERRANDS AND/OR LOUNGING AROUND, ESPECIALLY WITH THE WORKLOAD I'VE HAD LATELY. FOR THE PAST MONTH I'VE FELT LIKE MY DAYS JUST AREN'T LONG ENOUGH. I'M RUNNING HERE, MAKING PLANS THERE, AND BEFORE I KNOW IT, IT'S TIME TO GO TO BED AND WAKE UP AND DO IT OVER AGAIN. DON'T GET ME WRONG, BEING BUSY CAN BE FUN, BUT I FEEL YOU HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO HANDLE EVERYTHING ALL WHILE STAYING CALM.

BELOW ARE A FEW THINGS I FOCUS ON WHEN TRYING TO KEEP MY CALM:

1. 30 MINUTE WORKOUTS -- KEEP A FEW EASY WORKOUTS HANDY. I HAVE FOUND THAT SPENDING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES DOING SOMETHING ACTIVE, GIVES MY MIND A BREAK AND GETS MY ENDORPHINS FLOWING TO PUT ME IN A GOOD MOOD. 

2. GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK -- AS BUSY AS WE ALL MAY BE , IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO TAKE BREAKS. IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT.

3. TEA -- I'M VERY MUCH A TEA PERSON! I LOVE TO TRY NEW KINDS, BOTH FOR THE FLAVOR AND HOW CLEAN THEY MAKE MY BODY FEEL. FOR RELAXATION I HAVE TWO TYPES OF TEA I DRINK. ONE IS THE YOGI TEA CALMING TEA. THE FLAVOR IS NOT TOO STRONG AND MAKES ME FEEL CALM AND AT EASE. THE SECOND IS CHAMOMILE TEA. THIS HAS MORE OF A SLEEPY CALMING EFFECT, SO I LOVE TO DRINK IT RIGHT BEFORE BED. BOTH ARE GREAT FOR A LITTLE EXTRA RELAXATION.

4. TAKE A BATH OR HOT SHOWER -- ADD SOME BUBBLES, A GLASS OF WINE, AND YOUR FAVORITE JAMS.

5. TAKE A DEEP BREATH -- TRY THIS BREATHING TECHNIQUE, INHALE FOR A FOUR COUNT, HOLD IT FOR A DOUBLE COUNT, AND EXHALE FOR A SEVEN COUNT.

NO MATTER HOW BUSY WE GET, IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE A LITTLE SELFISH AND MAKE SURE WE'RE TAKING CARE OF OURSELVES. I HOPE SOME OF THESE IDEAS HELP YOU THE NEXT TIME YOU'RE FEELING A TAD OVERWHELMED. I'D LOVE TO KNOW ANY GOOD IDEAS YOU HAVE FOR KEEPING CALM! HAPPY FRIDAY EVE!
